A 6-week total body and mind transformation program, with a focus on mindset, nutrition, and fitness. Powered by Strong Nation®, it offers 3 Strong Nation sessions each week, along with cardio, stretching, mobility exercises, and bonus workouts. Nutritional support is provided throughout the program. It is intense yet adaptable for all fitness levels, with 3 intensity options provided, ensuring that both beginners and advanced participants can join. Fun workouts, expert guidance and a supportive community to help you stay committed and achieve results.

Wedding First Dance (In-Person Bristol)
This service offers personalized 2:1 coaching, creating a unique and memorable first dance for you and your partner. I work closely with you to choreograph a dance to the music of your choice, tailored to your style, skill level, and vision. On our sessions you will receive step-by-step guidance, plenty of practice time, and expert tips to help you feel confident on the dance floor. Whether you want something simple or elegant, or a show-stopping routine, we will make your first dance an unforgettable moment.

My wedding first dance service offers a spectacular, tailor-made routine, blending styles like waltz, rumba, or whatever suits your chosen music. With over 10 years of experience in teaching couples and a background in musical theatre, I ensure your routine will be anything but boring. I have a passion for Latin styles like bachata and salsa, though these are less commonly requested, and I am open to all ideas.
Your preferences are my priority—I’ll propose ideas, but if they don’t suit you or feel uncomfortable, we’ll refine them until they are perfect. First Dance Package includes 10, 60-minute sessions, that can be paid in full, in instalments, or per session. We typically practice once a week, so a minimum of 10 weeks is recommended. Prices cover studio rental, ensuring there are no hidden costs.
